It depends on the job and the client's requirements. Generally, we calculate by, hour, quarter, half-day, or full-day rate and the type of experience and equipment needed for the mission. If the job requires a more experienced pilot, advanced expertise, or specialized equipment, for example, it will pay out a better rate. We also factor in network pilot density relative to the project location to determine travel estimations. DroneUp pilots get paid within 10 days of their completed work being accepted by the client.
