DroneUp offers real-time chat in-app that allows you to communicate with the Mission Manager. Additionally, you can select “Unable to Complete” from the menu options in the job or task. This will allow you to post a note into the mission to notify the Mission Manager that you have an issue with this mission and need to reschedule or cancel depending on the circumstances.
